Order Processing Times

An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location and the courier service. Below are typical estimates:

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays or order cancellation.

If our system flags an address issue, we’ll email you within 3 business days to confirm. If we don’t receive a response, your order may be canceled.

If you notice an error in your address, email us at support@shoplumalift.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update it, but changes after this window cannot be guaranteed.
Delayed Deliveries
While LumiStep strives to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as:

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed to the courier, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

We recommend filing a claim directly with the courier. In most cases, they require you (the recipient) to provide information.

While LumiStep is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we will help track the claim and may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.

If a package cannot be located, filing a police report may also be necessary.
