Damaged or Defective Items
We take care to package our products securely. A product is considered “damaged” if it arrives defective or physically broken. Please note: cosmetic issues with packaging (such as a dented box) are not considered product damage.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed to the shipping carrier.
